Return Policy


All Accessories or Rugs can be Exchanged Only within 7-days from purchase date.
Merchandise Exchange or Store Credit will be issued.

A Non-Refundable down payment is required on all Lay-Away & Special Order Purchases.

A 30% Restocking Fee of the total purchase amount will be applied for merchandise returned/cancelled for any reason.
*Any returns are based upon special conditions only and will require store managers approval/discretion.*

Please allow 3-4 weeks on all Special Order Items.
Arrival times are estimated, not approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

Florissant Furniture is unable to offer any guarantee of stock availability and has no control over manufacturer production schedules or shipping.

Florissant Furniture cannot be responsible for items i Lay-Away that may become discontinued by the manufacturer during the Lay-Away period. In the event this occurs, customer can apply all monies towards any other item/s.

*A $50.00 NSF Fee will be charged for any returned checks, additional bank fees may apply.*

Florissant Furniture reserves the right whether to repair or replace any damaged/defective item.
Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt for any damages.

If the customer finds any damages/defects after receipt of merchandise, customer has 24 hours to file a claim with store.

Florissant Furniture cannot accept responsibility for any damages/defects beyond that point.

If a damaged item was picked up by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to return it to the store location.

Agreeing to the Terms & Conditions acknowledges that customer accepts items and have been delivered in a good condition.

Florissant Furniture is not responsible for any merchandise not being able to fit into your home. It is the customers responsibility to have correct measurements before purchasing any merchandise.

An additional service fee will apply for multiple delivery trips.

Delivery Service Does NOT include:
-Moving or removal of your old furniture, bedding or any other household items.
-Moving or set-up of electronic or appliance equipment.
-Hanging or installation of pictures, mirrors or other wall accessories.
-Home alterations such as removal of doors, door frames, banisters, etc. in order for furniture to fit.
-For safety reasons, Delivery personnel will not be able to remove their shoes before entering your home.

*Floor Model merchandise is sold "AS-IS" and is not subject for returns or exchanges.*

All new merchandise is covered by the manufacturer's Limited Warranty for One Year.

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, defects, or damage caused by misuse, abuse or accident by the consumer.

*Any/All Floor Model Merchandise is Excluded from any Warranties.*

An Optional, 5-Year Furniture Extended Warranty. Extended warranty covers accidental damage such as rips, cuts, tears, burns and breakage as well as staining, discoloration, season cracks, and broken mechanisms on reclining pieces.
